Chief Executive Officer – Meet Sarah
As CEO of Aesthetics and Cosmetic Surgery of The Royal Liver Building, Dr Sarah leads the organisation with unwavering focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and strategic growth. With over 20 years’ experience in senior and board-level leadership, she combines healthcare insight, business expertise, and regulatory knowledge.
Dr Sarah is a fully qualified doctor with an international Medical Degree (MD), a Master’s in Clinical Dermatology (MSc), and advanced qualifications in Aesthetic Medicine. Alongside her clinical credentials, she holds Master’s-level qualifications in Business, Human Resources, and Marketing from LJMU. Dr Sarah oversees the entire medical division, ensuring that every CoolSculpting Elite and fat freezing treatment is delivered ethically, safely, and to the highest standards.

Brett is our Managing Director, with strategic accountability for finance and operations. With an extensive background in healthcare, law, and business, Brett ensures the clinic delivers on its reputation as a trusted centre for fat freezing in Liverpool.
As the registered CQC Manager, Brett has shared legal responsibility for maintaining compliance with the highest regulatory standards. His leadership ensures operational excellence and a consistently outstanding patient experience.

Debbie Byrne, our Clinical Lead, brings over 20 years’ experience as a senior nurse in cosmetic and plastic surgery. Known for her patient-first approach and advanced clinical skills, she has worked extensively across aesthetic medicine and surgical disciplines.
Debbie ensures that all fat freezing treatments are delivered with the utmost safety, professionalism, and care. She personally welcomes patients, offering reassurance and guidance from the start of their journey. Will Dixon leads our day-to-day clinic operations at the Royal Liver Building. With a strong background in business and operational management, he ensures that every patient’s experience is seamless, supportive, and of the highest quality.
